“I don’t know what to tell you guys. I guess it depends on when, and what day you get here.My experience was great.Appointment was for 9 AM Tue. Called in, like the rate con says - an hour before appt. time. Dude on the phone checked me in and gave me a door right away.They started loading me within 10 minutes of me, bumping the dock.Also: I was parked at the Love’s down the frontage road when I called.(4 mins.)BTW - if they give you a dock number, it’s not the numbers you see when you first pull in. Tetra Pak is at the end of the building ??♂️.”
