Give you a 2 for the convenient location and hours plus you’re open on Saturdays! Today your teller lied! Made a big withdrawal and she tells me all she has is $20. No way I am taking a large amount of cash in all 20 dollar bills. After letting her know this…and telling her I will wait on another teller, but that teller was on the phone the whole time and the line began to get longer. She so called checked and oh lo and behold, she has some bigger bills, why lie? Also after verifying who I am with my debit card on hand and passport and coming here countless times… why do I have to use a 3d identifier. Don’t recall her doing the previous customer this way… interesting. Think I’ll pass this place up going forward and go to a different location.

Im not understanding how there is absolutely nobody in line or inside for tellers to wait on and it still takes 15 minutes to make a cash deposit. I hope tellers know The windows from the outside aren’t blacked out. I could actually see that you’re continued to have a conversation and didn’t open your computer until I press the button or call for service.

I’ve been apprehensive about using PNC since their purchase of BBVA Compass bank due to a negative experience in the past. My last two experiences with Ashley at this branch have been nothing but amazing. It’s definitely reshaping my perspective about PNC and the service that they provide. I’d highly recommend this location.

This location sucks! We are sitting in the drive thru while the employees talk for over 15 minutes. The worst customer service ever.

If I could give zero stars I would… being the only person in the drive thru and it taking 10+ minutes to even be acknowledged is a bit much. The glass is see through so the worker and the customer standing there having a conversation and cutting up seems a bit rude. Also, for the guy to come from around the corner and help the teller and still not acknowledge the customer is ridiculous and not how customer service is done. This is the second time it’s taken forever to get anything done. DONT RECOMMEND THIS BRANCH!

PNC bank is great, this branch not so much. Their banker Ashley has a horrible attitude, & acts like she doesn’t like her job.

I was with BBVA 31 year before PNC took over and I am SOOO disappointed. Not only do they not offer the same features, but I've come to believe this is now a training location the service is super slow with drive thru and counter rep are clueless. So unhappy I've moved to a different bank institution.

I live in the seagoville area and coming to this location is always a great convenience. From the moment I walk in they help me right away whatever questions or issues I have they quickly help me resolve them to the best of their abilities.I highly recommend coming to this location the staff are very friendly, welcoming and more importantly patient.
