New manager is a very knowledgeable person. She helped a lot of financial needs, and the customer service is exceptional. The last two experiences have been nothing but amazing, reshaping perspective about PNC and the service that they provide. They highly recommend this location. PNC bank is great, but this branch is not so much. From the moment they walk in they help right away whatever questions or issues they have, quickly resolving them to the best of their abilities. The staff are very friendly, welcoming and more importantly patient. This location is a great convenience for people in the seagoville area.
