In their attempts to replace the battery they scratched the back of the watch and we’re even able to remove the back plate! :-/ I then tried Johnson’s. I should’ve went to them first! They were friendly, more affordable than the other store and they were actually able to replace the battery! They also include a warranty which is fantastic. I recommend this place for your watch/jewelry needs.”
