I want to commend Ms Tasha and Ms Roslin in the self check out line for their great customer service. The deal for chips wasn't registering. First I had the wrong chips then I didn't have enough bags of chips so I get another one I scan it and it didn't work. The ice cream was coming up incorrect price. Tried my app nothing. Both ladies worked their magic and the system update everytime. I want to thank them both for their help and patience with me all this while helping other customers. Outstanding ladies

Great.. friendly helpful staff. Very hard working people yet always friendly?
I use the Pharmacy here! They are great! Even if it is super busy they want to help take care of you! Very important to me! Excellent wonderful pharmacy staff! Very hard workers! The Lead Pharmacist saved my life when s Doctor sent in a blunder - something I cannot take in which I am Allergic...she caught it immediately! I mean she knew it Right Away and called his office to tell him.. he was not nice or appreciate to her calling to inform him of his error!! I AM else I would NOT be here to write this today! One cannot pay Enough Money for that type Outstanding Exceptional detail!! Very good staff!!!
Make this your grocery and Pharmacy place. If some thing is not right with produce or anything else -- tell them next time or call into Service Desk - they will make it right!! Been a customer here for years!

Deli&hot food area very nasty its mothers day now come on metal serving spoons left in the food food drying out been standing here 10 mins now no one has helped me no nothing okay 15 mins now no help still i hope in the future this store is replaced with a HEB OR JOE’vs

EVERYTIME I walk into this Kroger I am treated so kind! I can get over many small things, but quality customer service is not one of them. The new manager is always smiling and ready to answer any customer needs. The store is looking better. I see an improvement in the appearance. LOVE IT!!! Great Job.. I will be in to bug you about them matches LOL! THE BUTTON LADY!

They recently changed their hours and now close at 11pm. This is such a inconvience for me especially since Im a night owl. This was the only store that would stay open past 11pm but not anymore.

So few grocery stores they open past 11 post Covid. Kroger in DeSoto was one of them. Now they are not. I’m so very disappointed in them and they will no longer get my business.

Only reason I give 4 instead of 5 is because of the restrooms. Please do better with cleaning and odor control.

Well..it is a Kroger but about as dirty and poorly stocked as they come. Self check out has 3 registers down so employee helps you ring up on supervisor machine so very nice…corporate should visit here and get this place cleaned up!

This is the worst place to get food and medicine they take to long to get ur medication they are rude and act like ur not here and the food is always rotten so please don’t get delivery because they will give u the old food

This store lacks in customer service. I asked a store associate could he check to see if there was any Ozarka water in the back. He told me he only works dairy and couldn’t help me. He told me I had to go to the front to customer service to ask them to check. Of course no one was at customer service.
