I want to say Princess at the guest services is the BEST!!!!! She will go above and beyond for her customers!!! She stayed after her shift ended to help me and another customer with our returns...... This is they type of employee you need to protect Kroger at all cost....she is a keeper!!! Ty Princess!!

Not the first time I’ve come in and they have almost no bags. No problem, just use paper you may say. Not so, the self-checkout machines expect you to use the plastic bags and were therefore flagging every single person in the self-checkout. No help in sight for the attendant that management here left out to dry
