I bought my truck here. I have had bad experience there as far as very slow service. Wait time up to 4 hours on routine service. I have walked in and made appointments with the same long wait times. This trip was much better. Person who answered the phone left me on hold for a long time. 10 minutes. She never came back on line. I called back and finally got the Quick Lane.
