They deserve 0 stars.. Stay away from this place! Veeeeeery Unprofessional. This place needs a training on Customer Service, Empathy, and a lot more. This place is a sad situation. Stay away, it's for your own good!

The service reps. left me in the dark for two days after I dropped my vehicle off for a recall repair. No phone calls, no texts.... I had no idea if my vehicle was ready.... I had to make constant calls/texts to them with zero responses.... just voicemail options (with no return calls). That's customer service these days!
