I came to rent a utility trailer, in their website show available, when I came in the store I noticed that they had all kinds of trailers. The lady at the desk was busy in her cellphone and rudely asked what I needed and if I had a reservation which I told her no, she asked what kind of trailer are you looking for I said a utility, she said she didn’t had any available I said well I can use an enclosed trailer and she responded rudely that she didn’t had any kind of trailer available at all. And I checked again in their website and it showed both kind of trailers available at this location. Bad way to do business, she should be removed from customer service if she doesn’t like serving customers.

The lady with the dreads has a bad attitude. Minus her licking her fingers while eating bbq from the grill outside the snippy tone and tapping the screen telling me to look up was unnecessary. Had no idea about a grace period. I arrived and was told they had no large trucks available. Although there were several outside. Moving is already stressful enough not to have to deal with bad service that you are paying for. I contacted the 800 number and they moved my reservation to another location. This was my first time coming here and my last.
