U-Haul Moving & Storage of De Soto offers a wide range of moving solutions, including truck rentals, trailers, cargo vans, pickup trucks, and self-storage. The facility is well-stocked, and the staff is praised for their professionalism and efficiency. The agent went above and beyond to ensure the rental was ready and clean for the customer, even providing a discount due to the prior renter's negligence. Customers appreciate the personable, professional, and courteous service, making this the preferred location for many. The pre-registration process and convenient return options, including the ability to make final payments online, further contribute to the positive customer experience. While some customers wish they could drop off the auto transport directly, the overall feedback highlights the excellent customer service and efficient operations at this U-Haul facility.
