“I ordered from the online Manyavar store in India and got my clothes shipped to the U.S. However, when I tried the clothes on, the clothes didn’t fit so I decided to visit this store hoping to get help for a refund or an exchange. Even though the online Manyavar and this physical Manyavar store are under the same name, they are owned by different people.Shankar, one of the people who helped me, was nice enough to allow me to exchange the clothes I bought online for another set of clothes that I liked at this location. He allowed me to try on different kurta sets so I can make sure that I can fit it. Shankar was very helpful and accommodating. I was very happy that I came to this store rather than trying to figure out the return online with the Manyavar store that I originally ordered from.”

Furthermore, I called Into Nautica, grapevine mills, location and Ms. Karina, was accommodating from the start. I ask for the 10” Inseam shorts and promptly placed me on hold and looked for my sizes and held them for me until I was able to get to the store and exchange the shorts. Ms. Karina, Was professional and friendly with the other customers as I was waiting in line she had a smile on her face and very helpful even discussing the Nautica and Lucky Brand merger, and I wasn’t aware of that! I shop at lucky brand as well. Ms. Karina, keep up the great customer service, it goes along way with people seriously.”
