This boutique definitely has a LOT to choose from—the selection is huge! That said, it almost felt a little cluttered, which made it harder to spot different or unique items. Prices were also a bit on the high side, but not unreasonable for a boutique in the area. Overall, not a bad experience at all—worth checking out if you enjoy browsing through a large variety.”
“Tre was easily one of the best retail employees I’ve ever met in my life. He was awesome and super accommodating. He had answers to all my questions and helped me even while he was clearly busy taking care of other stuff in the store. The other lady that was working with him also seemed really sweet but I don’t have her name unfortunately. Not to mention the deals here were ridiculous. 100% cotton outerwear jacket for 25 bucks is a no brainer. 10/10 recommended for anyone to pass by”
“I had bought the wrong size on Black Friday because I got a little carried away. The manager at this location went above and beyond to help me get the shoes in my size. It was the last pair!!! I drove to 3 different locations to find them and if it hadn’t been for his professionalism as well as efficiency I wouldn’t have been able to obtain them. Will most definitely make the drive back this weekend to shop there!”
“Very kind and helpful, clothes soft and real hand woven cotton fabric from Nepal. Got a beautiful stone gray skirt and it’s so soft and comfortable! the embroidery details are so cute. came out to be about $60, not too bad.”
“We shopped in the girl section. We found some good items. There wasn't an abundance of inventory in this section. They did have quite a few jean styles. The store was clean and well organized. It is spacious. Check out was easy. We did get hassled to get the store credit card and had to decline it repeatedly after saying no the first time. I don't like to be hassled. Plenty of novelty type stuff on clearance at registers.”
“We came in to look for some running shoes and came away with 2 of them! They were running a buy-one-get-one half off. Both of the employees we interacted with were nice and helpful. The shoe sizes and widths we needed were not available, but they got us set up for free shipping. The shoe prices here are better than other shoe stores that sell New Balance.
The only negative was that some of the shoes were mixed up in the wrong boxes or wrong sections. That led to us being there longer than expected. Otherwise, I'm happy with the experience.”
“So it’s not an issue but I just think management might want to know- My husband bought a jacket from here yesterday. Maybe we should’ve checked it better in store, but I’m pretty sure this item is a return no one checked properly before putting it back on the floor. One of the buttons is broken on it (our fault for not checking) and we got home and realized one of the pockets has unused condoms in it. I’m not even joking. They’re in the wrapper so it’s no big deal, but yall might want to start checking that stuff lol.”

Crew Factory to this Factory Outlet location.) I didn't spend any time shopping in the store but the customer service was on-point.”

“I visited the American Eagle side of this storefront. I found everything I was looking for in my size. There is a great clearance section that has a large number of products. I interacted with 2 of the employees, and they were both helpful in their own ways. The check was not bad, and I signed up for a rewards account.
The store was neat and tidy.”

“We were traveling to Dallas last weekend and enjoyed our stop here at first and bought several items. Unfortunately, we bought an item that was defective. The defect was not easily visible but made the picture frame useless. We are from out of state and the return was tricky. After several customer service interactions, we were helped by a very friendly employee. We sent the item back and received a refund.
Check the items you buy carefully, but we love the other products we got and are glad that we were finally able to return the defect item.”

Some selection of good brands, newer and clearance clothing so its worth taking a look as some stuff is fair or a little steep for what it is, but you can also find some good deals. Inspect clothing before buying, I found two shirts with stains (probably returns) that would have otherwise been worth purchasing.”

“I haven't shopped in UA for literally 10 years but sometimes I get gifted UA apparel for birthdays or other holidays. I came all the way from Frisco to shop here at this location despite being closer to the one at the Allen Premium Outlets. I do really miss being close to the Grapevine Mills in general as I used to live in Irving and was only 12 mins away but the 30 min drive was well worth it. I went on New Year's Day and everything was 60% off so I had the opportunity to get some great deals using an UA gift card given to me on my college graduation day. I bought a pant and a shirt for only $50 which was a great deal. However I had to come back again to the store to exchange the pant for 1 size up (*For those who need to know, the pants do not run true to size so you may have to size up than your normal size compared to other brands*). Berkley one of the associates was really professional and really kind and helped me out a lot. She was the same person who rung me up on the first visit and did the exchange for me on my second visit. She is knowledgable not only about the store here but other locations' product selections and gave me tips for my next visit. She deserves to be recognized and is lucky to work alongside a fantastic team as they all seem to be very happy there. Thank you to the UA team there and I will be back for sure when in the area!”

“I had a lot of white shoes I couldn’t clean and I saw this at the mall. A guy gave me a demonstration and cleaned the pair I was wearing and gave me a great deal on it! All my shoes look brand new all thanks to this! And just to top it off you don’t use a lot of the product just a few drops here and there and your set for both shoes and it works on other products! Definitely will be buying again!”
