“Quick Trips have all kinds of food & drink to choose from plus vehicle fuel and so far are always somewhat busy. That makes it less scary & intimidating than smaller scale places that seem aloof because they are empty, employees are playing with phones- if U can find them- talking to friends, and generally not letting customers know it's a safe place to be as no one seems concerned with the safety and needs of their patrons.
Every QT I have visited seems to have emphasized the art of greeting in their employee onboarding & training This is much appreciated as it gives a walk in customer an idea of what to expect and possibly if the store is some place they really want to patronize.”

“Tonight was the first time that I have ever been to Yates Corner Grocery, and I’m glad that I did. There is a young man named Ethan who was working the counter, and he made my shopping experience one of the best experiences that I have had in a corner store in many years.
