Made sure everyone was greeted and satisfied with their drop off. I was in and out in less than 8 minutes with a long line in front of me it was impressive to watch and see the line dwindled down fast. Thank you so much for the fantastic service.”

“Dropped of a return package and young man who helped me couldn’t have cared less for helping me. Usually the two gentlemen who own the company are exceptional and friendly but this man was almost rude.
Not the same customer care. I love this location but this was an off day for sure for customer service. No thank you or any eye contact. Nothing. I know returns are probably a pain to deal with.

“Needed a foam board poster for a research project — this place was AMAZING. Prices are pretty similar to what you’d find in other places and online (at least with my product), but they got it done super quickly and I didn’t have to pay half the board in shipping! I was also really short on time and I’m so glad they were able to fit me in their schedule. The printing looks amazing and the measurements were spot on with what I requested. Service was also great here, very quick responses and easy to work with. They also wrapped my board up very nicely, which is much appreciated. I’m glad I trusted this place. “Was doing a whole Swap change Went from a small block to a big block in the and Chevrolet on an 1977 I thought I was never gonna get those mud dobbers off of there.But From it being in the turkey barn I thought it was gonna take forever to get rid of that paint off of there Luckily it was a c10 All that sunday there is Pure silver baby I called up blue sky pressure washing DF.W So they help me clean all that the paint the mud dobbers the engine blocks and they're a real life saver thank you”

These men have a huge warehouse where they operate professionally, effectively and quickly. I only call, Glen Hamous, with American Box and Crating when I need a crate built and he is the only one to get the job done! Craters and Freights in Garland and Navis in Addison DO NOT COMPARE with the level of service Glen Hamous offers. In addition, American Box and Crating Inc. will cheerfully accept onsite crating jobs, they are ISPM 15 Compliant for cargo moving Internationally, their crating turnaround time is superb and their prices are very affordable for everyone. I highly recommend calling Glen Hamous to take on your next crating job. Hands down-Best crater in the Dallas Metroplex!”

“Probably a great place to do business but it would be appreciated if the accurate holiday hours were reflected. I just made a 15 minute drive out in the rain as it stated Christmas Eve hours open until 4:30 only to arrive and see it’s closed. The notice on the door states they’re closed Christmas Day, but doesn’t mention Christmas Eve so it’s a bit confusing.”
