“Our family has lived here for almost two years. The staff, ALL staff, is always kind, helpful, and knowledgeable. Whether it is a question, concern, or a maintenance request, everything is definitely answered or fixed in a timely manner.
I submitted a maintenance request, just yesterday morning, because my garage disposal stopped working. It was replaced before 9:45am today. Even though it is a Monday morning!! That is awesome! I totally appreciate the kindness, quickness, efficiency, and respect of our staff!!!! Thank you!!!”

Regular extermination, a decent place, I quickly found a job to pay the twelve dollar a month rent and found a friend willing to babysit the two babies, a former nurse. Diboll is an amazing town with amazing people I still go back to see when I can, now that I can drive.”
