“5 stars is a understatement I wish I could give 10!! There very flexible and we’re there for me when I went through a rough patch to ensure I kept a roof over my kids head ! They have great maintenance and very safe and quiet grounds ! The management is very friendly and attentive! Prefect place to settle with a family or your spouse. Amazing !”

“I've lived here for over 7yrs and gone thru 4 management changes. The last management was so terrible that the complex was looking very deplorable. It took 5-6 months for the potholes to be fixed. My ac wasn't working properly and took 1 month to finally get fixed and I'm finally catching up on the electricity due to my ac running 24/7 nonstop. These new management Maria, Celina, Raul and I think the other maintenance person's name is Israel are great. I had requested for 5 things that needed to be fixed and all were fixed consecutively within 1-2 wks. Thank you all. And finally after asking several times to the previous management, Flex rental is here. Thank you Maria for helping get that thru. This will be an easier way to pay rent. Hopefully this place will finally start feeling like home again and will be happy when all broken things will be replaced.”
“I’ve been living here for 4 years and the experience has been awesome!!!! They really take good care of the property. The amenities is always nice and clean ; clubhouse and pool, when something breaks it’s immediately fix you don’t have to wait for days. The staff and maintenance guys are always helpful and friendly. Very quiet and safe! Safety was one of my main concerns and I never had an incident the entire time that I’ve been living here . It’s conveniently located to grocery stores, banks and hospitals. There are several nearby parks in the area as well as schools. I would definitely recommend this as a place to live , whether you’re single or have a family!!!”

“Angelica has been extremely helpful and very kind! Couldn’t ask for a better manager! She is professional and at the same time she treats her tenants with kindness and compassion. She is very thoughtful with her new tenants by gifting a welcome mat, toilet paper, paper towels, Palmolive soap, etc., which is extremely helpful ! I pray she stays our manager for many many years to come!”
“Absolutely love living here! The three bedroom is so spacious and perfect amount of space for my family. Can’t find a three bedroom as big as this is the whole area! “I have enjoyed living here the part 5 years. Management is responsive and polite. Maintenance is prompt. I do have some issues that did not get completely resolved but it doesn't affect my overall experience. I also have new neighbors with 3 small children that are very loud above me. I wish they would have located them over tenants who also have children instead of over me.”

“My experience at FSS was awesome from start to finish. Moving in was fast and easy as well as my move-out day. I needed to exercise their 30day early release with no penalty clause because I got a new job opportunity in Dallas that I could not pass up! The entire office staff was Amazing and as promised I received my refund via check in a timely manner. I will definitely return if I ever find my way back to League City which I love by the way. They just had Back to school party giving out Backpacks and Pizza. Great place to live and close to many stores!”

“My daughter and I have been here 7 months and are very happy here. The office staff, Mrs Karin and Mrs Tana, are incredible. They are both down to earth, professional, nice and they mind their business but handle their business at the same time. My neighbors are quiet and respectful. I've had a couple of maintenance requests during my stay here and the maintenance men have been prompt, respectful and efficient. The office had an adorable little Halloween party with pizza, drinks and candy for us and this Christmas they had a gift wrapping station and had prizes for the residents. I have zero complaints living here. My daughter rides her bike to the school down the road which at first worried me, but in the mornings Davis Rd has plenty of kids going to school, parents walking them, people exercising and walking their dogs. It's as safe here as anywhere else. This place truly feels like home, it is my peaceful sanctuary. The price is great to be in CCISD, close to shopping, restaurants, gas stations, the beach isn't far. I totally recommend The Shore apartments to anyone. I honestly am in disbelief about all of the bad reviews on here.”

“Lakeshire was my first complex when I moved to TX. The women in the front office help with whatever you need & maintenance is usually on point. I did have roaches like the 1st 3 months, but they eased up. Appliances & cabinets are older, but you get what you pay for. All in all it was a peaceful experience in the 1 year I stayed. -1600”

“Attention!!! Village on the Lake is THE BEST apartment community in south Houston! My wife and I moved here right after we got married and what a dream it was. The staff is so caring and helpful!! Specifically Griselda and Molly! If you ever have a maintenance problem the staff is always there to help no matter the time or day. We loved living here. The amenities were also great; 3 pools, clear lake in your back yard, 2 gyms and a putting green! We can not recommend Village on the Lake enough. We felt very safe and everyone in this community is nice and pleasant to be around. Very easy move in and out process. Thank ya’ll!!”
