She helped me select the right battery and even held my phone light over my engine bay as she directed me on how to remove and install a new battery. She was the sweetest for doing all that and I am truly satisfied.I’ll be going back to Becky at O’Reily’s over their nextdoor competitor any day!”

“On 06/20/2026 I spoke with Caleb about checking an issue with my RAM 2500, Caleb hooked up the tester which analyzed my trucks issue, after printing out the veri scan, he explained my options without any hesitation and to where I understood what he was explaining, he was very kind, courteous and informative.
