“I come to the south shore location to do most of my banking and Alejandro is always so friendly and delightful. Today I overheard an elderly member ask for him and the lady working told him he was on a call. The elderly man told the lady working what Alejandro helps him with and she was like we are no suppose to do that for you and at that moment Alejandro came in and she some what scolded him about it. I understand policy and procedure as I have them at my job as well but for elderly members helping them fill out a slip and them verify it and sign it is a nice way to help those who need just a little more support and guidance due to age. I appreciate people like Alejandro who take that extra step or help someone who needs it even though he might have gotten him in trouble. Alejandro keep doing an amazing job providing excellent customer service and experience cause that is what it is all about.”

“Me and my wife came in to open up a checking and savings account and also to apply for a personal loan everybody was fantastic I was greeted when I walked in and Mrs Johnson was an absolute dream to work with and also Mrs Leland I couldn't recommend more to opening up a checkings and savings account with this Bank/ Credit Union they really have your interest at heart and they do listen to what you have to say never have I ever walked into a bank feeling so much love and we also loved our custom bank cards that really show our personalities on our cards they print them right there in the office there's no 2 to 7 business days of waiting for your card to come in the mail which is a plus all in its own couldn't say more good things about this place wherever your banking now I suggest you and that account withdraw all your money and open up account with open land Credit Union an absolute wonderful experience again the people in there really do care about you no fake nonsense!”

“The MOST frustrating automated attendant service ever! The really bad news is that they state that this is their new and improved system. The system first disconnected me after I had been on HOLD for several minutes. Then I tired calling the branch office directly but that just connect you back into the automated attendant. I selected the extension number for the branch that I wished to speak with and it transferred me to an extension that only went to voice mail and stated that the mailbox was Full. I'll end up having to drive into the branch office to get the information that I need.
UPDATE: Just a short time after posting me Google review, I received a call from Gina at Wellby and she expressed her concern for my complaint and offered to assist me over the phone. I appreciate her prompt follow and her concern for Wellby's customer service. Hopefully, the auto attendant will improve in the future.”

“I just felt I had to educate the masses on the incredible experience I just had with Wellby Financial at the Texas City/ LaMarque branch and My personal banker Hope Martin. I recently worked with Hope on a few financial tasks I needed to take care of and from the 1st second meeting her and discussing what I wanted to do till the last second she sat there and listened and then went to work on making my asks a reality. The professionalism was outstanding and she was super knowledgeable with my options i had available and the input she gave me back was so invaluable.
