The manager was very nice and assured me she can order them for me. Unfortunately they didn't come when they originally told me they would be there, but they were nice enough to call me before they even opened for the day to tell me which I greatly appreciated! Melissa Apley got right on it and after determining that it was a fraudulent issue with my debit card, she immediately issued me a new one. She also helped me go from my secured credit card to a regular credit card and helped with the holiday express loan. This morning started out with with my debit card issues, but quickly turned into a better morning. All with the help from Melissa. She was absolutely amazing and her customer service is outstanding.”
