“This World Market is one of the best ones I have been to. It is large and spacious, nothing is crammed together. There are seasonal items for every season. My favorite was their Harry Potter display. Though somethings seemed expensive, I ventured to 5 Below later and their prices were the same.”

“Always a pleasure to visit the Kendra Scott store at Baybrook Mall and absolutely love the new larger location. I visited on a busy summer Saturday afternoon to buy a thank you gift for someone who has helped me set up an out of state event. I didn’t know the age of the person or what she would like, but I really like to promote Texas brands and am a huge Kendra Scott fan.

“Walked in thinking I wouldn’t find what I was looking for. Paul met me at the door and greeted me and just let me wander about without pushing me for a purchase. Fell in LOVE with a modular couch and a super beautiful wooden bed frame. Walked over to Paul, made my purchases and scheduled my deliveries. The cell phone holder holds wellnas Installed it in their parking lot! So fingers crossed the dash cam works too. It will be a nice inexpensive trial run until I can get a better one. I will say they do have a lot of goodies ?”

“I had a bit of a mixed experience that ended on a high note. The associate at checkout seemed pretty dismissive —she was the only one ringing people up and didn't acknowledge me when I said hello or asked how she was doing. Because of that interaction, I felt unsure if my transaction was handled correctly and thought I’d missed an item. However, I called and the manager was incredible. She took the time to check the security cameras to reassure me that I did leave with everything. I really appreciate her stepping up!”
