When I first upgraded my phone last month crystal their manager was amazing, helpful and even reminded me that I can get a work discount, and the other girl that helped me last week (we were on the phone for over an hour) and Chris went above and beyond even when they were about to close. “Phone wasn’t charging properly, had to wiggle it or have it at a certain angle to charge. Took it to get the port replaced, gentleman was so nice he offered to clean the port first before having to replace it. Cleaned it and worked like a charm, saved me some bucks and time. So well deserved 5 plus stars.”
