“Frustrated shopping around for my next phone and provider, I finally found Verizon reseller on Highway 96. Kenneth was totally professional, very patient and helped me overcome a lot of obstacles that I was dealing with once I got home with a new phone. He started me out with good information but it wasn’t until I tried to use it I was running into roadblocks. I just finished sitting at his desk again and I believe everything has been cleared up and I know that if I need to text again he will respond. Thank you.”

“Phone wasn’t charging properly, had to wiggle it or have it at a certain angle to charge. Took it to get the port replaced, gentleman was so nice he offered to clean the port first before having to replace it. Cleaned it and worked like a charm, saved me some bucks and time. So well deserved 5 plus stars.”

“Setting the appointment was super easy and the phone was repaired and ready within the hour. This is the 2nd time I have used this business for a claim. The ONLY reason I am not giving 5 stars is because of damage to the phone both times.
The first time, they set the phone on something hot that essentially melted the back a little, pointing it out himself. I believe he offered to fix it, but I respectfully declined as I didn't want to deal with it at the time.
This time, same phone, the guy pointed out that there was some damage on the back bottom right corner, but said it was there before which was believable. The second I handed the phone to my daughter who waited in the car and wasn't privy to that conversation instantly pointed the damage out and said it wasn't there before.
This was for a Samsung A32 so you could imagine why I didn't care so much about a small cosmetic issue. However, I imagine it would go differently if they had damaged a significantly more expensive device. So, for users with a more expensive phone, proceed with caution and maybe take photos of your device before and after dropping it off.
Both times, I had scheduled for the earliest appointment. I had to wait a lot longer for the store to open the first time, so just know they open late sometimes and schedule for a later appointment.
Would I use them again despite these issues? Yes.”

When I first upgraded my phone last month crystal their manager was amazing, helpful and even reminded me that I can get a work discount, and the other girl that helped me last week (we were on the phone for over an hour) and Chris went above and beyond even when they were about to close. “My phone screen broke late at night and I had a very early flight the next morning. No other place had the parts for my phone in the Houston area or other stores where closed. Luckily KK was open, had the parts, AND they even stayed open late for me to work hard on the repair. They even threw in a free privacy screen protector!I can't overstate the amazing work they did and how helpful they all where to accommodate my situation.The store is filled with an array of interesting items.
