The lack of customer empathy is shocking. Is there that much pressure on this Manager that she lost her sense of empathy? She DID NOT TAKE RESPONSIBILITY FOR HER ADVERTISED PRICE, and attempted to justify bait and switch tactics with their price match program. Prices are highly inflated as marked in store. You are forced to use their price match to avoid over paying. Their price match has "evolved" under this manager into a bait and swtch tactic she refuses to take responsibility for. SHAME ON PETSMART for poor upper management leadership and shame on this manager for her lack of responsibility, customer service and lack of empathy. Work out your issues Petsmart, customers do not like to be scammed.

What is going on with petsmart website. Everytime I try to order, the website kicks me out or can't read my card and I have tried several cards. The app is even worse.

I love this Petsmart. All of the employees are really friendly and helpful. I first started going to this Petsmart for the trainer, Sherri. She is great and has many years of experience, which is obvious when you see her working. I definitely recommend this store!

I travel 30 minutes to get my dog trained by Sheri. She has 40+ years experience in dog and horse training! My dog who had social anxiety and Sheri worked with me in private and group to bring her out of her nervousness. We are now learning under intermediate training. Worth the time! I have a different dog! She is outstanding!

HORRIBLE VERY HORRIBLE!! GROOMERS ARE IMPROPERLY TRAINED AT THIS LOCATION. TOOK MY PUPPY THERE TO BE GROOMED DROPPED HIM OFF 2 HRS LATER AND 50.00 SOMETHING DOLLARS PAID MY DOG STILL SMELLED THE SAME WAY THAT HE DID WHEN I DROPPED HIM OFF. I WAS SO DISSATISFIED THAT THE GROOMER WOULD RELEASE MY DOG STILL SMELLING. PLEASE DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND GO SOME WHERE ELSE AS WE WILL. DONT LIKE GIVING BAD REVIEWS BUT THIS PLACE DESERVED A MINUS STAR .
