“Norma was great! I went in upset at the USPS employees and how rude they are. I needed to get a package sent back to the original sender, the employee at USPS didn’t even try to help me. I didn’t know what to do so went in to mailbox depot and she immediately had a solution for me. I highly recommend this place for everyone! ??”
“The staff is so knowledgeable and so friendly. I used to hate having to send out a package. It would take anywhere from 30 to 45 minutes waiting in line at FedEx or USPS to get something shipped off. It's never taken me more than 10 minutes at this place. A lot of times I just have to drop off the package and I'm out the door within a couple of minutes. Not sure if it's because I'm going when they're not so busy or because this is one of those hidden gems that only the locals know about. I would highly recommend this place if you need to use USPS, FedEx, or DHL.
The place is located off of Raul Longoria and Freddy Gonzalez. Literally like 1 minute off the expressway. I don't always ship packages, but when I do, I use 1 Stop Mailbox. ?”
“One of my drivers had a blowout on the interstate after hours.Called Cano and Sons and they got the tire he needed in 10 minutes switched it out and got him back on the road in a flash, and with very fair pricing.We will always use Cano and Sons when in their service area.Glad we found them!”
“Easy to drop off my FedEx pre-labeled package. They scan it, and offer a text-receipt service so you can track and prove you sent the package. It's INSIDE of Walgreens, just go to the Photo Department counter and the staff there will help you. There are no signs FYI - just gotta trust me lol”

“I had a great interaction with Estes here in Pharr, TX. My package was delivered to a local Estes warehouse on a Tuesday but was technically scheduled to be delivered to my home several days later. The clerk, Nicholas, was able to contact the original shipping company to assist with locating the package to see if I could get the package earlier. Anyone who has ordered something with a long shipping period knows how satisfying it is to get their order quicker than scheduled, especially if it’s an expensive item.
Sometimes customer service is like getting a door shut in your face as if you were an inconvenience. But I had the opposite experience here. I appreciate Mr. Nicholas making the contacts that he did and the follow-ups to help me out.”

“Thank goodness for this UPS Store in Weslaco which has now saved me twice. There is no UPS store in the town I live in and the one in Weslaco is the only one open on Sunday. The location is so convenient. The employees are very knowledgeable and kind. Please establish one in Harlingen, Texas.”
