“Exceptional customer service here provided by Jeremiah. He absolutely saved the day for me - and I could not be more thankful to him for listening, for solving a complex package issue, for coordinating a last minute (and convulted) pickup, and for his outstanding service orientation. I recently had a large package sent to a hotel that I was staying at in the area (*package acceptance was approved by hotel in advance) and the hotel declined to accept the package at the last minute on a Saturday afternoon. To make matters more complicated, I live a 10 hour drive away (in Mexico), was leaving the next morning, and had carefully organized a stay in McAllen around receiving this package to complete a construction project at my home in San Miguel de Allende. All I have to say is: I was so lucky to get Jeremiah on the phone. He made it possible for me to intercept the package before I left town - saved me from needing to stay at a hotel several extra days and/or make an additionsl trip to McAllen. Hats off to Jeremiah and to Fedex for hiring him. Great customer service is a rarity these days - and this experience really impressed me. So thankful.”
