They even adjusted the bill downward since her procedure turned out to be less difficult than originally expected. The vet tech called us the next day to see how she was doing and if we had any questions.”

She addressed all of our concerns and got him everything he needed! When our lab results came back, she even personally called me to discuss the results. We are so excited to have found Trophy Club Animal Hospital! From the moment you walk in and see the receptionists, everyone is so kind and welcoming! We are looking forward to our next visit!”

“Your doctors are so kind and treat our animals like they are theirs. Always talking about how handsome our dog is. He's really an old decrepit dog but you would think that the doctors think he just won Westminster?. The pricing is amazing as well. It's always really busy there and for the reason is because they are awesome. Take your pet there.
Name and call me once after hours to give me blood test results. It's always 24 hours in blood test results are in. I love this service.
Our sweet old man dog was diagnosed with diabetes this past week. They put him on a plan and it was a quick turnaround for his eating and bathroom. Our family loves Denton Veterinary center.”

Dr. Ward is amazing and so knowledgeable about preparations for my families move overseas. As a USDA Accredited Veterinarian, I am pleased that Dr. Ward had research my needs before our appointment and was prepared for with a treatment plan for my two cats and a timeline to submit necessary paperwork.”
“My 15 year old dog, Teddy, has had the privilege of being cared for by Dr. Shepherd, Dr. Noel, and Dr. Howell over the years. Each of these vets are highly skilled, empathetic, personable, and truly caring about their patients. When Teddy had cancer 3 years ago, Dr. Shepherd and Dr. Noel were so wonderful in explaining our options, next steps, and providing facts so I could decide what to do with him. Dr. Noel saved his life with her precise and scrutinous surgery. I can’t thank her enough for giving me and Teddy three more years together since that fateful discovery. He’s been my best friend. I wouldn’t trust anyone else to care for him the way the incredible over at RAH had cared for him. Thank you for everything :)”

“I came as a walk in for puppy vaccinations. The waiting room is as clean and the staff were friendly and welcoming. A wellness check was included for free and my puppy was weighed and looked at before the vaccinations. The service was quick and took about 15 minutes. She got her ten week shots and then the vet tech came out to tell me where she got the shots and that she could be sore. She was also checked for parasites at the visit. The timeframe for puppy vaccinations was explained during check out and I left with a follow up appointment. We also were given her first flea and tick medication for me to administer at home. Very informative visit and very affordable.”

“To say the staff is amazing is an understatement! I have a basset that had a horrible experience at another vet requiring sedation, ending in a seizure and a pretty sick dog for a few days. Lakeshore let us come in for a meet and greet ready with her file that had been read, treats and a pleasant and calming demeanor. To start they suggested medication prior to a nail trimming and if that didn’t work we could discuss further her needing to be sedated. We went for our appointment today, my girl was a little apprehensive but did walk back to the room with them. Less then 5 minutes later out they come, I’m thinking well sedation it will have to be but no, they had the nails trimmed! We will be going back next week just to continue to get her used to them and having her feet messed with! They are amazing and we are very thankful we found them!”

“I simply cannot express my gratitude enough to the Vets, Techs and Receptionists who have taken such amazing care of our babies. We recently and unexpectedly lost one of our babies and they did everything in their power to save her sweet soul. After this tragic event( she had seizures and was only 8) they sent us a beautiful card and plant. today and yesterday we took in our new puppy and our elderly pup. They literally took her xrays and we're praying it wasn't cancer, it was not , but they care so much about not only them but the welfare of my husband and myself.
