“I’ve been really impressed with Link Fitness—they offer a well-rounded setup that caters to both beginners and experienced athletes. The programming looks thoughtfully structured, with a strong focus on functional fitness and overall performance. I also appreciate the emphasis on community and coaching, which can make a big difference in consistency and results. The facility appears well-maintained and equipped for a variety of training styles. Overall, it seems like a great place to train and stay motivated.”

“This is an awesome gym with great childcare and awesome group classes! I have been going to the Zumba & Cardio Dance classes for a while and I highly recommend them! Each class is a little different, which I like so that there isn’t any burnout on songs.
Kelly does Zumba on Tues/Thurs and she is hilarious, easy to follow, and has super contagious positive energy! Annette’s cardio dance on Mon/Fri will give you a good workout and her song & dances are really fun to learn! Dawn’s class on Saturday is always a straight-up sweat-fest Zumba party! There’s a Wednesday night class too, but I haven’t tried that one yet, but I’m sure it’s just as fun! :)”

Alyssa is part of the staff and she is fantastic to work with. If I still lived there, I would 100% be a member at this location!”
