“I purchased the Minimalist 2.0 package in July 2022. I am on my third time cycling through it. The flexibility of doing it at home is perfect along with the ability to increase or decrease the load for your own fitness level. I am a life long exerciser yet this program has significantly increased my fitness level. Highly recommend!”

“You can tell when you walk into a business and it’s seems like the owners really put their heart and soul into it. The gym just gets you right into the zone, as soon as you walk in. Honestly, the new location is really showing how the owners know exactly who they are as a brand and who they are trying to sell to. It’s been 2 years that I’ve been on the CrossFit journey at Voodoo and I look forward to so many more. Best CrossFit gym in Texas!”

“Love this place. My son does drop in classes and one of the 8 week development programs. I really appreciate the coaches helping the kids to push beyond their limits. Its really amazing to see these kids try, and try, and try again....and by the end of a session they have overcome the challenge.Coach Antwan was especially fantastic in connecting with my kid and pushing him to keep at it.”

“This was so fun!! Me and my friends took the Pole 1 class and it was perfect for a complete beginner or someone still practicing beginner moves. Such a good workout too! The instructor was very talented and willing to give individual help. The class size was not too big so you were able to have all your questions answered. :) This was my first pole class ever and I had a great time”

“I have been coming here for about 4 or 5 months now and really enjoy it. I switched from a HIIT workout to this gym only because it was close to my new house. But I'm really glad I made the change. My previous HIIT workouts were always intense and a hodgepodge of different exercises without any real thought behind them - just gun it. At TCS, the warm up preps the muscles you'll actually be using in the intense, strength portion of the workout. Classes are also small, so in addition to a thoughtful, intentional workout, you get plenty of 1:1 time with the coach to correct any of your movements. They encourage you to work hard, but listen to your body.If you're intimidated by a barbell and squat rack, I understand. But the coaches are there to help you, and your classmates are willing to spot you when needed. HIIT workouts kept me lean, but this place keeps me feeling strong and motivated.”

“Edit: I have been going to this gym for a year now, and I'd still give it the same 5 stars. My goal was (is) to get there 2-3 times a week, and I have been pretty consistent in meeting that goal. My diet hasn't changed, but about 6 months in, I started getting comments about my arms/legs, people asking me where I'd been working out. I hadn't noticed much of a physical difference, but I have definitely noticed an improvement in my mental health. Going to this gym has replaced my need for therapy.As far as the trainers go, I they're wonderful, and I don't have a negative thing to say about any of them. The trainers that tend to be coaching during my preferred workout time are Kendall, Val, Wolf and Tyler. Kendall is a stand up guy that knows how to motivate and keep you accountable and working hard. Val is a ray of sunshine that seriously brightens the day of everyone she comes into contact with. Wolf is very knowledgeable and gives personal, specific feedback that is very helpful during workouts-preventing injuries or maximizing results. Tyler is a unique combination of fun/goofy and drill sergeant-you will get results!!I have taken 100+ classes here, and not once has any of them been the same. It's not uncommon to see the trainers or owners joining in the class with you. I always leave here tired, but feeling good. If you're thinking about joining, give this gym a try!Original Review: Wanna get ripped? Go here and try it for a week (or look at the trainers to be convinced). Want to be motivated while you workout? The trainers here learn your name and are positive and encouraging. Want to sweat and establish a good habit? I leave sweaty every time, and look forward to the ever changing and fun workouts. Love looking at yourself in the mirror? Welp, you'll have to do that at home- no mirrors here. Pretty sure we're all breathing hard but smiling at the end. One of the best fitness programs I've ever tried.”

“Great gym in South Austin! Predominantly a lifting gym but didn't have any issues finding space to do body weight/other exercises. Run by Veterans but inclusive to all. As a woman, I've never had a problem here. Everyone was respectful and helpful when/if asked. Front desk spotter José is a chill guy. Mostly white people if that's important to you. The owner, James, is responsive to emails and will even get more/new equipment for all to use if requested by gym-goers. They listen to their patrons and occasionally have social events. Also, there's a good blend of lifters and people with their trainers so it's not as intimidating. Also, as a fat person, I never felt judged for going to Iron Vault. Either on my own or with a trainer. Everyone was basically nice and there's plenty of equipment so definitely check it out. Well-priced too! They increased rates to provide a more livable wage for their staff and there was a great response from gym members. Good vibes all around. 11/10”

“The team at Unstoppable Baller is unparalleled in their holistic & comprehensive approach to fitness & athletic recovery. When I finally came across their offering, it was truly the last house on the block. I was despondent & losing hope that I would ever be able to resume normal athletic activity after an intense knee surgery. I had done my PT (different provider) to perfection, followed all my doctors orders, sought out guidance from other trainers, paid for online knee rehab recovery but I couldn't seem to get past this severe knee pain. I was about 16 months post-op when I walked in the door at Unstoppable Baller. The moment I walked in, it was readily evident that their approach was much different. Though it was my knee that was ailing me, we began working intensely on my feet. The work and the training being done was not some cookie cutter program that they assigned to each of their clients. All of the programming was specifically tailored to my body. The focus was comprehensive & over time it was made very clear that the goal was to build a solid foundation for a lifetime of movement. It wasn't just to alleviate my knee pain, it was so much more than that. Over the course of the next 6 months, we began to work all the way up my body, identifying and addressing any deficiencies. As a former personal trainer & former division one athlete, I'd never received such masterful guidance. Sure I had run fast & jumped high but had never been taught how to operate my body properly. Through what many would consider unorthodox exercises, I started to forge mental & physical connections that I never previously had. With each small breakthrough, the training began to make more and more sense. To say that I'm grateful for the Unstoppable Baller team would be an understatement. They brought me from hopeless to assuredly hopeful. They changed my entire relationship with movement in general. They made me feel unstoppable. I never felt like just a "client" of theirs...Through their love & support I was made to feel like family. Thank you for changing my life!”

“I love this place and I'm so thankful that a place like this exists for adults. I've taken the tumbling, handstand and parkour classes but my go-to class is trampoline (which includes their trampwall). The vibe is super laid back and friendly. I've also had many great instructors - Roy, Dmitri and Eric to name a few. If you're worried about age then let that go - I will be turning 45 and just recently learned to backflip on the trampoline.”

“In my three weeks of doing CrossFit with Coach Ryan I've been impressed by his coaching and the supportive workout environment, he’s definitely the best. And, to clarify, my initial concern about the lack of attention for beginners has been proven wrong; coaches closely monitors everyone. The other coach’s I have come across so far are Greg & Annie they are very sweet and patient with the beginners in ensuring proper form. This is a great place for beginners like me to start their journey, you get best coaches here.”

“I'm very happy I found this place. They keep their saunas wicked hot and their cold plunges ice cold which is a huge plus. The staff is incredibly welcome and friendly and the music and vibe is always great.The only thing I think could make this place even better would be some additional martial arts/boxing equipment. Such as some grappling dummys or one of the BOB striking dummys. Martial arts makes for some great functional training ?”

“My experience with GrassIron was relatively short, I think it was about 3-4 months overall back in the summer of 2019. It started with the group powerlifting classes and I did 12 weeks of personal training. 4 years have passed and I haven't gone back since. That being said, I often look back at it fondly. My workout sheets still have the same format today. That experience changed my health and fitness life. I am incredibly grateful for Pattie and Amalia's team helping me tie nutrition, fitness and technique together. What I learned at GrassIron is foundation that has helped me to live strong holistically ever since.”

“I have checked out lots of gyms in the area and landed on this one as my regular. I keep to myself but the few interactions I’ve had with the staff have been great, the gym is kept clean and the wait times for machines and cables are the lowest I’ve seen. I travel a lot and can access anytime gyms across the country with my membership. I would highly recommend.”
