“I was in a panic trying to either get a new power chair for my disabled son or get the one we have repaired. Josh went above and beyond in helping me untangle the web of dealing with Medicare. But, when it was determined my son is not eligible for a new chair at this time, Josh asked me what the problem was with the chair we have. After describing the situation, Josh walked me step-by-step how to re-engage the drive on the chair. I've spent literally hours on the phone trying to get someone to help resolve the problem to no avail. That is, until I was lucky enough to get Josh on the phone. His professionalism and caring were beyond compare and a life saver for this 76-year old mother. The burden he lifted from my shoulders by just taking the time to talk it out and walk me through it is indescribable. I highly recommend this business!”
