Customer service by the assistant manager was horrendous. Was on his phone when I walked in and barely looked up to acknowledge my presence. When he did assist me. He was extremely rude. When I explained I needed a battery he popped in immediately that he would not be able to change it for me. Yet they changed the Customer's battery that was behind me in line as I changed my own.

Jackson was both informative, friendly and extremely helpful. He took his time and explaining how to reset the throttle on my Toyota tundra, as well as the type of Battery that would fit my needs best. They have earned my business from here on out!

While purchasing some car wax and tire shine sprays, I notice your employee Gordon trying to help many customers out, including myself. It seemed that staffing was an issue but he did everything to make sure everyone was helped. Thanks Gordon! From the customer that we shared our 55 age landmark!

Once again, O’Reilly Auto Parts in Dripping Springs has provided excellent service for my vehicle! I want to give a big thank you to Jackson, who diagnosed a problem with my battery. He even checked to see if it was still under warranty, which I wouldn't have thought to do—and it was! Not only did he answer all my questions, but he also educated me, so I now feel more knowledgeable about battery maintenance and what to watch out for if I need to jump-start my battery again. Whenever I need something for my vehicle, I resist the temptation to buy it online and head to this O’Reilly’s because I know I’ll receive exceptional service at a great price.

Had a wonderful experience at this store. Jackson was working the front counter when I came in and was so incredibly helpful. He helped me find the windshield wipers and engine filter replacements I needed and installed them without even asking. He was so helpful and friendly. Will definitely be going back for any future needs.

If i gotta have (it) whatever that mayb(ex: drum brakes n pads ext...) Tomorrow or the nect day, I will grab (it) from O'Reilly's. Instead of waiting a wk or so on Rock Auto.

I would have given 5 stars but only because of the wonderful person who helped me today at the Dripping Springs location around 10:30am. Ava was amazing!!! I came in to see if I could get my check engine light read. Walked up to the counter and after asking the older gentleman at the counter, he dismissed me and pawned me off onto the younger gentleman who then pointed at a customer coming in behind me, but not saying a word. So after I was dismissed by not one but two gentleman that worked at this store, Ava came up from what appeared to be stocking on the floor, grabbed the reader and assisted me outside. She was attentive, polite and informative. While I was completely disappointed in the gentlemen actions, Ava deserves an accommodation, a raise, a pat on the back, and overall Thank You for doing and amazing job attending to customer!! Keep up the good work Ava! Do better gentleman.

HUGE shout out to Noah. He went absolutely above and beyond today to help me with my dead battery. Unfortunately the other guy working there didn’t look so thrilled with his life, but Noah just popped out the back and offered to help me replace my battery…in the pouring rain!! Poor Noah was soaked, but didn’t bat an eye. Someone give this guy a raise!
