“After the recent house explosion, apparently propane related, we decided it would be prudent to check our system out. Jacob Garnett, son of the owner, came out and did a very thorough assessment. While there were no super critical issues, he did find a number of things that needed to be repaired or updated. We also got his assistance with changing our propane log lighter fireplace to one with a different type of burner that runs one of the fire glass type installations. Through all of this we found Jacob to be absolutely thorough and professional, friendly and considerate. Our initial use of Terry Garnett Propane when we built the house 18 years ago was probably pretty random. But now, with both safety and personal enjoyment being the issues, I’d have to say we were just lucky. Jacob jokes that he was probably doing propane in his mother’s womb. Well, it tells. This guy truly knows his stuff and is a delight to work with.”

The installation guys did great and even tested to make sure nothing leaked. They also tested the rental tank and found it had been leaking out of the fill gauge. So now I have a brand new leak proof tank and then they knocked off another $0.10/gal from their already low price to fill it up. Night and day compared to Garnett's.”
