“It has been a few years since I rented a U-Haul and I have never rented one from this location. I was very impressed and happy. The truck was cleaner than my car and ran perfect. The online checkin worked. I did have wait in line to get to the counter, but I showed them my phone and they handed me the key. Nice and easy. U-Haul is stepping up their game.”

Received this postcard in the mail. Called to order since code was not working on site, customer service said it had expired on the 25th of August. I shared the postcard received which stated the 9.29.25 exp date, and they refused to help. I escalated, asked for management to call, they never did. I called again, got customer support who said they could help by getting a manager, they left me on hold for just shy of an hour. Their new rate is almost double. We have been customers for years. Very disappointed.”
