6/24/24: Friendly, courteous and knowledgeable!!!
It isn't often anymore I am able to go into a store and get done exactly what I need. Trey did a terrific job not only with myself but my wife had similar feedback after returning our phone when receiving the upgrade phone he had the same smile and terrific speed of service.
As I needed to add another line I brought in a phone I already owned and there was no suggestion or pressure to buy a new phone which was really appreciated! While activation was taking place it was also nice to see the patience as Trey walked other customers though application setup, password updates and taking bill payment. I will defiantly send anyone that needs a new line or help with ATT to this store!!! FIVE STARS!!

Stephanie-- this is Shelia S. I want to let AT&T That Stephanie is a Awesome Representative. STEPHANIE TOOK.GOOD CARE OF ME TODAY, I Purchase my phone from her. SHE WAS SO PATIENT AND KIND TO ME.
WHEN ME AND MY WIFE ROSILYNN CAME IN TO THE STOR ON MAY 28TH- MONICA DIDNT DO HER JOB PROPERLY DUE TO THE FACT SHE SUPPOSE TO HAVE ORDERED ME A PHONE THAT DAY. I CAME BACK TO THE STORE ON 6/7/24 SPOKE WITH STEPHANIE TO FIND OUT THE PHONE AND CASE WAS NEVER ORDERED. SHE HAS POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS. ALL SHE WANT TO TALK ABOUT VEING A HEALTH JUNKY WITH HAS NOTHING TO DO WITH SELLING PHONES.

If I could give a negative star review I would. I have an aunt that is 80+ years old that received a letter from the store saying they would give her a free phone. They have taken advantage of her, sold her a premium package that she did not need, made up an email address to send paperless billing to and now her account has been hacked and she can't pay the bill for her "free"phone. This in turn is now affecting her credit score , all this and she can't even use the phone because of the delinquent bill. What a scam. I see the owner is answering the bad reviews, time would be better spent taking better care of customers and not allowing your employees to treat people this way.

Stopped by on 4/18/24 because my phone wasn’t working and there was a message regarding my SIM card. Walked in and was greeted, so that was cool, but when I described my SIM issue, the lady tried to get me to purchase an iPhone 15. I own a 13 Pro that I haven’t any idea of how to use. What in Sam-Hill do I need an iPhone 15 for??? I told her I didn’t have any money to buy a new phone, and from there she turned my phone off, and turned it back on and said it was fixed! BALONEY!!! In an hour it started doing the same thing!!!
In my opinion, since I didn’t want to upgrade to a different phone, my request was simply ignored! I didn’t know this lady’s name, but her makeup was all over the side of her face. It’s okay, understand what goes around always has a way of coming right on back around.

Prices were not what I was told when starting my plan with them, then when I attempted to have this corrected through customer service I was told I would need to step into office, then following that I was told I needed to call customer service. There was no effort on either end to rectify the problem, on top of all the hidden fees they included. Canceling today.

I switched over for something more affordable. I was told my payments were gonna be a certain amount. First payment was more than what I was informed by 3 times what I was told. I wasn’t helped in store and just given the run around through customer service and coming in store.
