About Budget Car Rental
Budget Car Rental offers a mix of customer experiences. Many customers commend the excellent service from male agents, noting their kindness and understanding, especially during stressful situations. However, some customers report less favorable interactions, citing a lack of enthusiasm from certain staff. The vehicle condition is generally good, with clean cars and no unpleasant odors noted. Customers appreciate the transparency in pricing, as long as the vehicles are returned in the same condition. Overall, while some red flags exist, the professionalism and courtesy of some agents stand out, making for a satisfactory rental experience at this location.
