“The customer service was so excellent, I’m a Beryl evacuee and the male agent couldn’t remember his name was so kind and understanding. I wasn’t able to return the car back to Houston and had to drop it off at this location. The male agent who worked on today really made my day during this stressful period.”
“I read the reviews about this rental place and was skeptical because of them but all the negatives reviews was because of last minute rentals and I can truly say that Mr. Danny made my experience great and didn't get upset or anything when things seemed like it was happening with my card he was patient as patient can be. “Diamond who works here is amazing. Shes extremely knowledgeable and very friendly. She makes you want to keep using them instead of going somewhere else. She's very understanding and she was there to help me when a worker on the customer service line messed something up on my rental. She made sure to talk to them if she needed to to help explain the situation. I always hope shes there when we go in as we are repeat customers. However when we dropped off the vehicle last time the guy was there and hes very rude. He talks to you like you're beneath him and like you're stupid. If hes there if I do a walk in I will go somewhere else. He was rude to another customer as well when we picked up the vehicle. When asking a simple question he didnt even answer the question he just stated the prices of the car. Very rude and will not be going back when hes at the counter and diamond isn't there. There's other places to go if you aren't treated with respect.”
