“I stopped by to get a quick quote. I was visiting family and my vehicle was broken into. Thankfully and graciously this location helped me with wrapping up my window and making sure I got back onto the road. Phil the mechanic helped me. I was stunned. They took no payment. Wrote me an estimate so I can have all i need back in Houston and Jael Tirsa took her time to verify my parts needed. Knowing she wouldn't get paid. That's very honorable and noble. Doing the right thing even if it means she received no payment. Highly recommend. These people have integrity. Thank you Phil and Jael Tirsa and Caliber. I will always remember this experience was better because of this TEAM.”

“Excellent Service! Professional, timely, and clean is what you expect and here is where to get it. They replaced a side window that was destroyed by a rock, which required removing the interior panel. They did it quickly, the door panel looks undisturbed, and vacuumed all the glass. From the time I called them to a finished job was 3 1/2 hours. Thanks again.”
