“Mariah, Today I had the opportunity to be assisted by Mariah. I had a document scanned and the settings were not change. Mariah worked to correct the matter without giving up. I could have lost a major contract without her assistance. Thank so much UPS for hiring someone of her caliber. Her services today were beyond her job description. Please give her a raise or promotion, or both.”

“Awesome experience!! I was rushing to pick up a package from FedEx, and get it to UPS before the last pickup because they could make a Saturday next day delivery to the needed destination. I got there with 3 minutes to spare. The employee said we'll make sure it gets on, and they did. I was able to thank both him and the truck driver. I needed to get it to Michigan for my employees who were waiting to finish up some work there so they could fly back to DFW. Unfortunately, I didn't get there names, but I definitely appreciate the entire team there this afternoon.”
