“Today is Christmas Eve and I appeared at the UPS store in Duncanville with a very large box for shipping. Three of the employees rushed to help me. These three Angel's are Joshua, Allen and Tien. I received extremely professional and friendly service which, unfortunately, is rare these days. Thank you UPS for hiring kind and caring people. “Old Dominion Freight terminal in Dallas is huge but ran superbly all the trailer spots are clearly marked with numbers wish all terminals were set up as efficiently as this one is.”

“How do you write a review for a shipping service? Hmmm let's see. They offered me the right size box. Weighed my package perfectly. I'm sure they taped it well and handled it properly with care all the way to the airport. Ummm it flew in the air at a steady pace and landed smoothly. Took another quick ride to Brooklyn and was processed at the next FedEx store where it was then delivered to my father whom I assume was very happy. Shipping a full suitcase from Texas to NYC because my dad left it behind rushing to the airport is Not cheap but it had to done because my daddy needed whatever was inside right away ( who rushes to get to an airport 3 hours early”

“The staff here are very nice and professional. Today, I wanted to return a large and heavy package, and I wanted to inquire about the cost of returning it. The staff learned that my package was very heavy. Despite the rain, He helped me bring the package into the store and gave me good advice. After the process was completed, He even helped me deliver the package to my car. I am very grateful to this staff member.”

“My wallet was recently stolen so I have to recover all documents. I don't have a printer so I headed to FedEx for prints. A woman named Cathy helped me. She was great, positive and helpful. You can tell she loves her job because her nails and shoe laces were purple and orange to match the company colors. Too cute.”

He even did a an international tracking for me when I Shipped to Japan… He takes care of the community, and he is a military vet. Thank you, brother.!!!”
