“Awesome experience!! I was rushing to pick up a package from FedEx, and get it to UPS before the last pickup because they could make a Saturday next day delivery to the needed destination. I got there with 3 minutes to spare. The employee said we'll make sure it gets on, and they did. I was able to thank both him and the truck driver. I needed to get it to Michigan for my employees who were waiting to finish up some work there so they could fly back to DFW. Unfortunately, I didn't get there names, but I definitely appreciate the entire team there this afternoon.”

“I dropped off two boxes but the text receipt only shows I dropped off one and the person behind the counter swears they can’t give out a paper receipt… That doesn’t seem right. Anyways was able to create a fedex account with the number I gave and it showed both packages so all is well.”

“The cashier and Walgreens immediately saw that I looked lost and directed me to the Fedex spot. That level of hospitality was shocking because it was a young person, I wish I got their name now, that I think about it.”

“Cayman recently to pick up a package. Gentleman with the glasses was very attentive and polite, was very quick to acknowledge me when I came in without losing focus on other customers. Usually picking up packages is a pain in the butt, but this guy was fantastic.”
