Tom Thumb, located at 633 W Wheatland Rd in Duncanville, TX, offers a variety of grocery options, including a bakery, deli, and pharmacy services. The store is generally clean and well-stocked, making it a convenient choice for shoppers in the area. However, some customers have reported mixed experiences. Issues highlighted include expired items on shelves and a lack of customer service, with staff sometimes seeming uninterested. There are concerns about the quality of meat, with reports of spoiled products leading to food-related illnesses. Additionally, while many appreciate the store's cleanliness and selection, some find the prices to be higher compared to nearby competitors like Kroger. Overall, Tom Thumb provides a range of grocery services, but customer service and product quality have been points of concern for some long-time shoppers.
I surprised to see this store totally out of order. There was water spills, broken food items, pasta all over the floor, which was hard to push your buggie around. It didn't look or feel like Tom Thumb. More like Joe's or your local Walmart !

It's pretty easy to find the things you need, but they are a little high on some things.

Floral department was super helpful and even re-made one of the glass arrangements for me which I wouldn’t have bought otherwise. Thank you Eduardo!
