“I had a great service experience at Freedom Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram. I scheduled an appointment because I kept having to put air in one of my tires, and the technician ended up finding three nails in it! 😩 Thankfully, they were able to patch the tire.
Davon Smith was extremely pleasant and kept me informed throughout the process. He explained what the technician found, what needed to be done, and made the entire experience easy and stress-free. The service also didn’t take long at all, which I really appreciated, especially on a Friday afternoon.

“5 stars for honesty about the vehicles. They didn't lie about issues with the vehicles at all. But don't come up here expecting anything different then you get what you pay for. 1200-1500 down will get you into something solid. Come up here wit 500 down if you know a personal mechanic.

“Overall we had a great experience here. We walked in knowing what we wanted and walked out with our new car 2 hours later. My only complaints are 1. We traded in a car with a full tank of gas and drove off with a car on empty where the gas light came on before even making it home and 2. The car wash they performed was pretty bad to where I was having to wash it the next day. Other than that this place was fantastic!”
