“Great service, and it's usually not busy. They did me a solid when my wife messed up a new tire a couple weeks after they had installed them. And they actually use a torque wrench to ensure your lugs are tightened properly (which is not a given)!”
“I had a flat on 35, pulled off the highway at this exit by pure happenstance and can't be happier that I did. My tires was plugged and I was back on the road in about 20 minutes. I should add at this point I tried to give him my debit card to pay with as I had no cash, he said he didn't take it, but come back when I have cash. I asked about an ATM he said, don't worry about it, handle my business and stop back when I have it. That's not the way I do business so I went next door and got him the cash but I can't tell you how great it is in this day and age, when a man is willing to work with and is willing to trust someone solely on a handshake.

“Just before finding this place I prayed to god to find me somewhere to change my brakes and this place pops up all I need was my own brakes and $40 for the labor this place is a literal heaven sent and it was always busy with very hard workers ,and BJ was very helpful and had the best customer service , thanks to good deals and the crew ???”
“My fiance and I brought my car here to change wheels and tires. The service was great. When picking up my car I noticed one of my lug nuts was missing so my fiance let them know and they immediately just replaced all the lug nuts with new ones to make sure they were all torqued correctly.”
“I got a flat tire last night and I needed a place to quickly get a replacement. Roberto helped me out with a quick and easy tire change to a single used tire at a reasonable price. I really appreciate that it’s possible to do that here in Oak Cliff; I’ve lived in places where a flat tire would mean you just have to spend $150 on a brand new tire. Would definitely recommend and come back.”
“I purely fan of Discount tire for free rotations and balance. I drive a lot and need it every few months. I got my first set of tires at this location few years ago and was very happy. Today stopped here to rebalance my new tires as felt slight vibration. Customer service in here is excellent! No mansplaining just pure professionalism. I feel like they care about their customers!
