“Great service, and it's usually not busy. They did me a solid when my wife messed up a new tire a couple weeks after they had installed them. And they actually use a torque wrench to ensure your lugs are tightened properly (which is not a given)!”
“I appreciate King Wheel and Tires for taking care of me and providing a standard of quality. I had some discrepancies with one of the companies they dealt with, and they took it upon themselves to rectify the situation and make it right, even though it was not their wrong doing. A lot of companies don’t put the customer first, but one thing I can say is this company DOES! Times are tight and the economy is uncertain. Pound for pound, bang for your buck, I don’t think anyone else out here is better! If you’re in need of a quality rims and tires company you can trust to do the right thing and provide exceptional service, I strongly suggest you give King Wheel and Tires a chance to show you what customer service is all about! “Excellent I must say. My tires got damaged thanks to the flood? that’s been happening. I went
early in the morning and let’s just say it was a line. I thought it was going to take a long time due to cars being everywhere but it wasn’t. Luckily they had my tire size in the shop because I would had to come back at 12PM. lol that’s my lunch break ?. They did an amazing job and I am back rolling. I was on my way to the office drinking coffee and rolling smooth. Wait to they change Big Tanka Wheels !! I received compliments on my work attire and perfume I was wearing. I told the gentleman I am wearing Versace Dylan Blue?”

“I got a flat tire last night and I needed a place to quickly get a replacement. Roberto helped me out with a quick and easy tire change to a single used tire at a reasonable price. I really appreciate that it’s possible to do that here in Oak Cliff; I’ve lived in places where a flat tire would mean you just have to spend $150 on a brand new tire. Would definitely recommend and come back.”

“Give them the benefit of the doubt after looking at these reviews I called in a order and repeated a 4 lug wheel hub welp got the part finally and what do you know 5 wheel hub maybe the guy putting the orders together should have this come out of his check maybe they won’t have so many bad reviews!But at the end of the day they shipped me the right stuff and got it the next day!”
