“I would like to give a HUGE shout out and THANK YOU to Assistant Manager, Rocky James! He was a God-send to me a couple of weeks ago! I had a flat tire, had just dropped my Son-in-Law off at work and was looking for a Quick Trip to air my tire up, but, instead, I literally ended up getting no further than this Discount Tire. I went in explained my situation to Rocky, told him I only had about $40 on me, and he made a miracle happen; he said that he could help me!! I couldn't believe it! He told me it would probably be close to a two hour wait because they were very busy and I told him that was fine. The next thing I know, I'm being told that my car was almost ready?!! I think it took them around 30 minutes (give or take) and it was ready! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS LOCATION!!! “I came to this particular Speedy Tires on Friday September 2, 2022 around 5:30 PM CDT to rectify a tire balancing and rotation issue on my 2005 KIA Spectra5 after visiting two other tire shops earlier in the day with no success or remedies to my issues above. Carlos and his team kindly greeted and welcomed me into the shop and got to work quickly on my vehicle. The team took their time to properly calibrate and program the tire balancing machine, perform a visual inspection of my new tires installation, checkout the front and rear end, and even air up all of my tires to the proper tire pressure (PSI). The tire balancing and rotation service came out excellent and the cost was only $40.00 which is very reasonable in today's market. My vehicle now drives so smooth and track straight with no vibrations, shuddering, noises, or other issues at all.
