“On Friday July 26 I was traveling from Hallettsville to Katy in the pouring rain. Around Altair my tire pressure light came on detecting a low tire on the back drivers side. It was holding at the same number so I drove to Eagle Lake and stopped at Buc-ee’s to get air but their tank was broken. I then went a couple of blocks and saw Lake Oil Company and pulled in. These men were so helpful. They immediately took my tire off and found a tail in it. They then patched it and made sure all my other tires had enough air in them. I was back on the road in about 25 minutes. I didn’t get far and the light came on again so I turned around and headed back to the shop. This time I had picked up a piece of metal in the rear passengers tire. What are the odds two flats in a short amount of time! They quickly got that tire patched and I was on the road again. If you are ever in Eagle Lake and need help these are the people to cal! Thank you Lake Oil Company.”

“It's bucees man, what is there to say. If it's not too crowded there's just no reason not to stop here if you need or think you'll need gas, food, or bathrooms that don't make you recoil in horror like at every other gas station. Food is a bit overpriced, but it's also what pays for the bathrooms, plus it's delicious and readily available and plentiful.”
