“I've had bad experiences paying for stuff online and then not ever getting it there was a Christmas blanket I ordered for $30 I can't find it never got delivered and a couple of other items I was charged for I never got delivered other than that the pickup's great but ordering anything they're going to send later hasn't seemed to work out for me”

They have great customer service and if you feel your not getting enough eye contact maybe it's because they're being careful while filling your prescriptions. “Easter Saturday and TJ Max was packed, as were other stores and the parking lot. TJ's had plenty of help behind the check -outs and throughout the store. Always find more items than I need, one of the reasons I shop TJ Max. One of my favorite stores!”
