FEDEX DELIVERED MY PACKAGE TO THE WRONG ADDRESS. WHEN I CALLED TO INQUIRE THE FREAKING COMPUTER KEEPS TELLING ME THAT THE ROUTING LOST PACKAGE CASE NUMBER IS CLOSED !!! FedEx lost a $500 medicine package that I need and refuses to acknowledge it
