H-E-B Pharmacy provides great and reliable customer service. The staff goes above and beyond to help with prescriptions, resolving issues with immense help and patience. They explain everything in great detail and provide amazing service, which gives customers relief. This is a very reliable pharmacy where the pharmacists' actions ease pain and create gratitude. Many customers do not mind driving a distance to visit, highly recommend it, and make it their go-to pharmacy.
Yesterday I went to pick up my son’s medications, and the pharmacy technician was very kind and friendly. She took her time to help me, even though the line was long. That level of care and patience truly shows great customer service. Thank you, H-E-B Pharmacy, for such a positive experience.

Always have a long waiting time for drive thru and inside the store as well. Idk what needs to be done but maybe hire more pharmacy techs or something. It’s inconvenient
