However, the pharmacy suffers from horrible, long lines and long wait times at both the drive-through and inside counters, with reports of waits up to 45 minutes. Customers request more staff and better information on wait times. While some service is efficient, other interactions show a need for more attention to customer service detail, with some behavior described as rude, such as medications being slammed down on the counter. I had a great experience at my HEB pharmacy on Trenton and 10th. My prescription was filled right away. The pharmacy manager and pharmacy techs were very friendly helpful and answered all my questions.

Nice employees.. HORRRRRIBLE, just horrible horrible lines… hire more staff please. I can’t be waiting 45 min for my one, maybe two prescriptions. It’s outside AND inside. You’d think inside would be quicker cause nobody wants to go inside and wait but nope. JUST AS LONG. Pls hire more people this has been going... read full comment
