H-E-B Pharmacy is a trusted source for routine immunizations and the COVID-19 vaccine, ranked #1 in customer satisfaction. However, the pharmacy suffers from horrible, long lines and long wait times at both the drive-through and inside counters, with reports of waits up to 45 minutes. Customers request more staff and better information on wait times. While some service is efficient, other interactions show a need for more attention to customer service detail, with some behavior described as rude, such as medications being slammed down on the counter. I had a great experience at my HEB pharmacy on Trenton and 10th. My prescription was filled right away. The pharmacy manager and pharmacy techs were very friendly helpful and answered all my questions.

I’m usually satisfied with their service, specially when picking up prescriptions, the staff is polite and helpful. The vaccine service is very inefficient, we made an appointment online, they still had us wait for over an hour and had nobody in front of us.
