Today was the cherry on the cake , I had checked out on the app . Went thru the drive thru gave them the code for meds and still took for ever to send meds out to me finally got tired of waiting pressed the help button girl answers call , I asked for my meds girl replied by saying I was about to send them but you called , still took a while for her to send them out . QUESTION what is the purpose of checking out on the app if personnel sits on there S , it’s NOT the first time either. If possible I’d give them a

Always have a long waiting time for drive thru and inside the store as well. Idk what needs to be done but maybe hire more pharmacy techs or something. It’s inconvenient

Consistently out of medications, rude to customers, and they close earlier than the posted hours. Also, notice there are no responses to the numerous poor reviews. This tells us all we need to know about this particular pharmacy. You’re better off elsewhere.

I would like to thank Jennifer from HEB PHARMACY on Freddy Gonzalez. I have always gotten amazing service from them for my mom who is terminally ill. Jenifer took the time to help me resolve a major issue that is now going to ease my mom's pain. She explained everything in great detail and helped me understand how the system works. My mom actually cried in relief that HEB again was able to help her today. I highly recommend this pharmacy and this is why I don't mind driving 20 mins to get there! Thank you Jenifer and HEB!

Severely understaffed. Corporate and upper management should do better! The employees are literally running around trying to help everyone and smiling through exhausted eyes.

Very bad service !!!! They told me the medicine would be ready by next day , it wasn't. They told me that three different times and the medicine was not ready!! And give me different excuses why my medication was not ready. H.E.B your Customers deserve better Servics ......

This woman who’s tall is extremely rude they have been holding my prescription until the pharmacist says it’s ok I had my prescription my insurance covers it and obviously it’s time for my refill there not doctors I have a doctor I don’t understand how the pharmacist can decide when he’s going to release my approved prescription the tall women is on a complete power trip because they think they have the authority to decide when I can have my prescription this was my 1st and last visit this pharmacy is horrendous

Yesterday I went to this pharmacy to get a refill for my medication, they had told me they would have it ready today and that i would have to leave the bottle. Today i went and they said it wasnt ready and to check again tomorrow. I asked them if i could please have the bottle back but they said no because they had thrown it away. I told them that the guy before told me to leave the bottle and this lady had the audacity to tell me “no they didn’t”. Like.. you weren’t even there!! I need my medication and you cant keep doing this to people who need the stuff they go for. Ridiculous
