I only come here because my Mother has banked with them for many years. Otherwise I wouldn't step foot inside. Terrible service, terrible options available for mobile banking. IBC is an old peoples bank thats fading away.

Went in to open an account and got helped buy a man named Remmy I believe, amazing customer service!!! Very professional! I was goona use the account to transfer money then close it but after the awesome customer service i received I will keep my business with IBC!!!

I like the tellers at this location but the whole not being able to deposit money through the ATM is really frustrating. Sometimes I'm in a rush and don't have items readily available or in my possession. And then to have fill out that paper it takes even longer that it all just makes me want to change banks.
